It all started with a frustrated CEO (Pierre), a curious person (me), a superb data scientist (Andrii), and an obvious problem.

Pierre Cornet-Vernet, CEO of Le Cercle, was complaining about the shortfall in revenue his quickly growing company was going through due to customer attrition. His sales team members simply had too many customers to know where each stood at any point in time and didn’t notice when one left early enough... Their off-the-shelf CRM system lacked analytical capabilities and was not sufficient to meet all their needs...

So I thought: What if we could create a B2B customer retention software that would plug into customers’ ordering activity and detect each client’s behavior to stop unknowingly losing customers and revenue?

Thus, in 2018, Fructifi was created to help companies keep their B2B customers longer and more engaged by knowing which customer should order what and when.
