At-risk clients are those who show signs of disengagement or dissatisfaction and who are likely to change suppliers, typically after having missed the date on which they should have placed their next order (c.f. re-stocking date). They may have reduced their purchases or engagement with the company or may have expressed concerns or complaints about the product. These customers require special attention in terms of retention to prevent them from leaving the company.
